Our house breakfast blend combines gentle roasted beans from South America. This light roast has the highest amount of caffeine per serving to give you that little extra boost in the morning. Did you know that lighter coffee roasts actually have a higher caffeine content than medium or dark roasts? That's because the roasting process actually removes some of the caffeine and the longer you roast the gourmet coffee, the more caffeine you remove.
